Chef Walter J’s Frozen Lime-Aid
Step 1
| ¼ cp | Ice |
| 2ea. | Limes, tips removed and quartered |
| 4 Tbsp | Sugar |
| 6oz. | Water |
Blend and Strain
Step 2
| 2 cp | Ice |
| 1-2 Tbsp | Fresh Mint |
| 6 oz. | Water (more may be needed to smooth out in blender) |
Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses (Collins, Juilup), garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy. This recipe yields approximately 32oz.
