Cuban Spiced Shrimp Cocktail
1# 21-25ct shrimp (size of the shrimp)***
1ea. Lemon, sliced
1ea. Onion, sliced
1ea. Celery Stalk, sliced
½ Beer (6oz.)
4Tbs. Chef Walter J’s Cuban Spice Rub TM
Water As Needed
1ea. 4-6qt. Pot
Method
*Add all ingredients to a pot with water filled 2” from top
of pot.
*Simmer vegetables and spice for 15 minutes.
*Turn up heat, and boil shrimp for 3-5 minutes.
*Strain, chill, and enjoy with cocktail sauce or cilantro cream sauce.
