Chef Walter J’s Cuban Spice Rub Grilled Cape May Scallops

1 lb Cape May Sea Scallops (Serves 2)
1 ½ Tbsp Chef Walter J’s Cuban Spice RubTM
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Fresh Lime or Lemon, juice of


1) Preheat grill to high.
2) Toss scallops in bowl with a Cuban Spice Rub, Oil and Juice.
3) Place scallops on hottest section of grill. Grill for 45 seconds and flip. Continue grilling for another 1-2 minutes depending on how well you like you scallops cooked.
Scallops can also be broiled in the oven using the same ingredients and method!
